Along the way, I discovered that the work I enjoyed most wasn't simply producing content—it was helping leaders clarify what they wanted to say, why it mattered, and how to reach the people who needed to hear it.
 

Over time, I came to realize that my greatest strength wasn't fitting neatly into a single role. It was bringing together the perspectives of a creative thinker, strategist, producer, operator, and trusted adviser. Today, I work much like an executive producer: identifying the challenge, shaping the approach, assembling the right resources, and ensuring the work gets done.
 

I'm particularly drawn to organizations whose missions improve communities, strengthen civic life, and create meaningful public impact. Whether working inside an organization or alongside one as a trusted adviser, my focus is the same: helping people tell better stories so they can achieve better outcomes.
